The two teams are pretty evenly matched on paper, with under five yards separating the two defenses in yards allowed, and under four yards for yards gained on offense. In addition, Ronnie Brown is averaging 4.1 yards per carry, while Ravens running back Ray Rice is averaging 4.0. Plus, Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne has thrown for 18 more yards than Ravens QB Joe Flacco.
Former Dolphins cornerback Sam Madison joined me to recap the day on Finsiders TV. We talked about how the teams look on paper, and what they’ll actually look like on the field. Baltimore has been led by a tenacious defense led by former Miami Hurricanes Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, and both with have to be handled on Sunday if the Dolphins want to win their 5th game of the season.
