The Morning Dolphin, 12/12/11

We do the work of finding all of the stories about the Fins from around the web and all you have to do is click them. Here is what is being said about the Dolphins today:
From the Fins:
- Coach Sparano said his team helped Michael Vick too much by giving the Eagles QB a short field a couple of times
- Alain Poupart of Dolphin Digest says the Dolphins defense shut down the Eagles offense for majority of the game but unfortunately “this game was decided in a painful second quarter“
- Even though the outcome was disappointing, check out who Bob Griese, Sam Madison and others gave their game balls to
From the Press:
- Greg Cote of the Miami Herald writes the Dolphins loss was a “necessary reality check“
- Omar Kelly of the Sun-Sentinel says the offensive line took responsibility for their play versus the Eagles
- Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post writes the mistakes from the Dolphins first seven games of the season reverberated back against Philadelphia

Good morning all. Now is the reality check. First; we need to address the fallen players. Time to pump up Devlin, Rest Moore, rest Long, replace Colombo. Re-think Defense/pass rush and secondary.
A lot of work to do.
Soprano is finally gone! Be thankful for that! Time, finally, for a real coach – owner – get Jeff Fisher immediately!
This team made some great strides this off-season. I like the coach, I love Tannehill. I’ll be going to a whole lot of Fins games this year! GO FINS!
