Undrafted Free Agent Signings

With this first week of player movement well underway, the Dolphins today announced 11 player signings. Per the rules of the new collective bargaining agreement, teams cannot sign veteran free agents until Friday at 6pm, but they are able to sign undrafted rookies. Jeff Ireland and company have added the following players to their roster:
Vincent Agnew, CB, Central Michigan
Brett Brackett, TE, Penn State
Garrett Chisolm, OG, South Carolina
Pat Devlin, QB, Delaware
Jonathan Freeny, LB, Rutgers
Nic Grigsby, RB, Arizona
DJ Jones, OT, Nebraska
Johnny Jones, DT, Marshall
Phillip Livas, WR, Louisiana Tech
Jose Perez, CB, San Diego State
Quinton Spears, LB, Prairie View A&M
