This team made some great strides this off-season. I like the coach, I love Tannehill. I’ll be going to a whole lot of Fins games this year! GO FINS!

I cannot second that motion enough!! This Irishmen is calling for the motherland to leave South Florida !! Ireland MOST GOOOOOO!! Ireland has done NOTHING to improve the team. There is a significant reason WE cannot land a coach or any player of significant value. We are now considered the worst team in the AFC east, After Buffalo? really? MANY coaches have come and gone under the management of Ireland. Yet we are no closer to a winning record let alone a play of win, forget the Super bowl. I have watched this team from the time I could hold a football. It is an exhausting experience being a Dolphins fan year over year. We needed a QB this year,… bad!!! I am not sure what the plans are for the drafted but with the exception of Jake Long have we had a game changer picked up and play well right away. I am trying to have hope in yet another coach on the carusel of Irelands blame game but there is only ONE common denominator in all the “rebuilding” years of the past, and that is Ireland. The man maybe buddies with Ross but if Ross wants to win then the good old boy management system he has installed must be dismantled. IRELAND MUST GO!! It is time Marino stop playing golf and get a real job. Marino for GM!! Fact is players respect players and who better to bring in players then a well respected Hall of Fame player like Marino. I am sure Marino has been offered already and he too is staying away from the sinking ship I call my football team the Dolphins.

Players are willing to take less money from another team. Coaches are willing to work for teams with worse records. Peyton Manning, Matt Flynn, Ryan Clark, Jeff Fisher. You know why we didn’t get any of these guys?

BECAUSE -JEFF IRELAND- IS SCREWING OVER THIS ORGANIZATION.

I know Jeff Ireland and Steven Ross are just the oh bestest of pals. But Ross needs to grow a pair and fire Jeff Ireland, find a general manager who isn’t absolutely terrible at his job, and then start MAKING THESE DEALS HAPPEN. Seriously, Jeff, quit acting like a whiney kid and give these coaches/quarterbacks the power they want to get us to the Superbowl. You sure as hell aren’t going to get us there.

I’m sure these are PLENTY of Dolfans who agree that they are tired of Jeff Ireland and his inability to make things happen. I’m tired of having a coach practically every two years with player after player passing on this organization when they should be craving to come here.

For those of you that still a wondering about Manning. Looks like he is signing with the Broncos. Would have been nice to see him with the Dolphins though:
