Despite a steady defensive performance — including three sacks and a forced fumble from Cam Wake — the Dolphins couldn’t take control in San Francisco, falling 27-13.
With the Dolphins defense looking to give the offense a final shot late in the fourth quarter, 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick put away the game for good, taking a read option 50 yards for a touchdown.
