Dolphins vs. Falcons: Complete Coverage

140808_Observations-2The Miami Dolphins took the field for the first time in 2014 earlier tonight and they dropped preseason game #1 to the Atlanta Falcons, 16-10. While there was plenty of action, the big story of the evening was Ryan Tannehill and the first-team offense, who made the most of the one drive they had. In his first game action under new offensive coordinator Bill Lazor, Tannehill took the offense 73 yards on the game’s opening possession, and hit wide receiver Brandon Gibson for a six yard touchdown on the 10th play of the drive. Along the way, the third year quarterback would complete all six of his passes, including a 36 yard strike to receiver Rishard Matthews.
