The Miami Dolphins will reportedly interview New York Giants Vice President of Player Evaluation Marc Ross for the General Manager position, but he is far from the only candidate that the Dolphins are reportedly pursuing. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, both Tennessee Titans V.P. of Player Personnel Lake Dawson and Browns assistant GM Ray Farmer will interview with the team.

Dawson has spent the last seven seasons within the Titans front office, and the past two as VP of Player Personnel. Dawson manages day-to-day football operations along with Titans GM Ruston Webster, and is responsible for overseeing both the pro personnel and college scouting departments.
Farmer is currently the assistant GM for the Cleveland Browns. He previously served as Director of Pro Personnel for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2006-2012, and was also a scout for the Atlanta Falcons before that.
