I know I read where the Dolphin organization is searching for a young Don Shula but I think they need to be searching for anyone who can direct and guide us to the Superbowl. We need to look at upgrading and Fisher wasn’t an upgrade. He definitely had leadership traits but his record was just par. May I suggest Brian Billick or Marty Schottenheimer. They both are proven winners, especially Schotterheimer. He turns a team around wherever he goes. He may not have a Superbowl ring but he is a team changer that will give us a chance every year to get to the playoffs.
