On Wednesday, we broke down the AFC East, checking in on the Bills, Jets, and Patriots, and seeing what kinds of players they brought in as they move forward towards next season. Today, we’ll take a look at some of the headline players that were drafted by teams that the Fins will face outside of the division in 2011:
Everyone knows that some of the best high school and college football in the nation is played right here in the state of Florida and over the years, many of the stars from those universities have gone on to play for the Dolphins. Whether it’s current Fins Brandon Marshall (UCF), Vernon Carey (Miami), or Channing Crowder (Florida); or some of the heroes of the past like Larry Little (Bethune-Cookman), Trace Armstrong (Florida), Terrell Buckley (FSU), and Woody Bennett (Miami), the in-state schools have always helped to stock the roster.
