Even though he’s one of free agency’s biggest wild cards, Matt Flynn is about to get a big pay day.

To get a better understanding of Flynn’s game, NFL Films’ Greg Cosell did an in-depth film study on his two NFL starts. He recently spoke to The Finsiders to share what he learned.

While Cosell feels that Flynn lacks superior arm strength, he doesn’t see it as a huge deterrent, as long as he plays in a system that plays to his strengths.
