The Dolphins got back to work today and now set their sights on another division rival, the New England Patriots.
The team did waive linebacker Erik Walden and signed defensive lineman Robert Rose. Rose, had previously been with the team for a quick look.
Jesse Agler joined me for Finsiders TV to talk about today’s player transaction, also the status of some player injuries, and what fans at a sold-out Sun Life Stadium can expect from Tom Brady and the Patriots.
It has been a weekend of change not only for the Dolphins, but all around the NFL, as teams have been making cuts and scouring the waiver wire for late roster additions. Today, after an initial delay, Dolphins coach Tony Sparano met with the media to discuss the changes.
Prior to the coach coming into the room, the team officially announced that they had waived DE’s Charles Grant and Marques Douglas as well as guard Cory Procter.
