Earlier in the offseason, Dolphins management, including owner Steve Ross, hinted that the franchise could potentially alter the team’s logo and uniforms.
On Friday, Dolphins CEO Mike Dee joined The Finsiders to give fans an update on the process.
Dee said the Dolphins have, in fact, been in contact with the NFL for the past six months, entering in what is essentially an information-gathering stage.
At the recent NFL Annual Meeting in Palm Beach, one of the main storylines to emerge was Dolphins owner Steve Ross’s renewed commitment to being as open, honest and transparent with fans as possible. He spoke to The Finsiders about his desire to keep the lines of communication more two-way than ever before:
“Today we live in a different world…Today, the fans want to be more engaged…we have to really open up and bring the fans inside.
The Finsiders look back at the best of the many big-time guests that stopped by the show during the week. Make sure to listen for clips from Steve Ross, Joe Philbin, Charlie Casserly and more.
